These ಬಳಕೆಯ ನಿಯಮಗಳು ("ನಿಯಮಗಳು") govern your access to and use of the Coraa services provided by CauseConnect AI Solutions Pvt Ltd, a ಸಿಂಗಾಪುರ company located at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, 049422, ಸಿಂಗಾಪುರ ("Coraa", "we", or "us"). By using the services, you agree to these ನಿಯಮಗಳು.
1. The services
Coraa provides ಎಂಟರ್ಪ್ರೈಸ್ software to automate vendor onboarding and ಅನುಸರಣೆ ಕಾರ್ಯಪ್ರವಾಹಗಳು, including outreach, document collection, validations, approvals, and ವರದಿ ಮಾಡುವಿಕೆ across multiple communication channels.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have authority to bind your organization to these ನಿಯಮಗಳು.
- You are responsible for your accounts and credentials and all activity under them.

3. ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಡೇಟಾ, ownership and license
- You own all right, title, and interest in ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಡೇಟಾ.
- You grant Coraa a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಡೇಟಾ only to provide and maintain the services as instructed by you.

- Do not upload malicious code or interfere with service operations.
- Do not use the services to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.
- When requesting outreach, you must have a lawful basis to contact the recipients and provide any required notices or consents.
5. Third party services
The services may interoperate with third party services that you choose to enable. We are not responsible for third party services and disclaim all liability arising from them. Your use of third party services is subject to their terms and privacy ನೀತಿಗಳು.
6. Confidentiality and security

9. Warranties and disclaimers
- We provide the services using reasonable skill and care.
- Except as stated, the services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free.
10. Indemnification
- You will defend and indemnify Coraa against claims and losses arising from ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಡೇಟಾ ಅಥವಾ your use of the services that violates law or these ನಿಯಮಗಳು.
- Coraa will defend and indemnify you against third party claims that the services infringe intellectual property rights, subject to standard exclusions and your cooperation.
11. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Each party's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts paid or payable by you to Coraa for the services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
12. Term and termination
- These ನಿಯಮಗಳು apply while you access or use the services.
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach or ಅಪಾಯ of harm to the services or others.
- Upon termination, you may request export and deletion of ಗ್ರಾಹಕ ಡೇಟಾ, subject to legal ಧಾರಣೆ requirements.
13. Governing law and venue
These ನಿಯಮಗಳು are governed by the laws of ಸಿಂಗಾಪುರ, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts of ಸಿಂಗಾಪುರ will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

15. Miscellaneous
- Assignment, neither party may assign without consent, except to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or asset sale.
- Severability, if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
- Force majeure, neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
- Entire agreement, these ನಿಯಮಗಳು along with any order form constitute the entire agreement for the services.
