This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs payments made towards CORAA licences, software access, and related offerings provided by CauseConnect AI Solutions Pvt Ltd (“CORAA”, “we”, “us”), the operator of coraa.ai. CORAA is AI-powered audit automation, assurance, and compliance software for Chartered Accountants, audit firms, and enterprises in India.
1. Fees and payment terms
Fees and payment terms for CORAA are as set out on our pricing page or as mutually agreed in a separate written agreement. All fees paid for a CORAA licence, plan, add-on, or module are non-refundable once the licence has been activated and access has been provisioned, except as expressly stated in this policy or in a separate agreement. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
2. Evaluate before you buy
Before purchasing, you can evaluate CORAA through a free trial and a guided product demonstration, at no cost and without a credit card. We encourage you to complete this evaluation before making payment, because fees are non-refundable once a licence is activated.
3. Cancellation
Once a licence has been activated, the fees paid are non-refundable, including for any unused period. Where you have a separate written agreement with us, the cancellation and termination terms of that agreement apply. Your access remains available for the period you have paid for.
4. Duplicate or erroneous payments
If you are charged more than once for the same licence, or charged an incorrect amount, because of a technical or payment-gateway error, we will refund the excess amount after verifying our transaction records. To request a review, email support@coraa.ai with the subject line “Duplicate Payment Refund Request”, including the payment reference and date.
5. When a refund may be approved
At our sole discretion and after verifying transaction records, a refund may be approved only for: (a) duplicate payments; (b) an incorrect amount charged due to a technical error; or (c) other billing errors that we verify. A change of mind after a licence has been activated is not grounds for a refund.
6. Enterprise agreements and MoUs
Where you have signed a separate Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Enterprise Agreement, Master Services Agreement, or Statement of Work, the fees, refund, cancellation, and termination terms of that executed agreement govern your engagement and prevail over this policy in the event of any conflict.
7. Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days of approval. Actual credit timelines depend on banks, card networks, and payment gateways, for which we are not responsible.
