These उपयोग की शर्तें ("शर्तें") govern your access to and use of the Coraa services provided by Cause कनेक्ट Pte. Ltd., a Singapore कंपनी located at Bangalore, India ("Coraa", "we", or "us"). By using the services, you agree to these शर्तें.
1. The services
Coraa provides एंटरप्राइज़ software to automate वेंडर onboarding and अनुपालन वर्कफ़्लो, including outreach, document collection, validations, अनुमोदन, and रिपोर्टिंग across multiple communication channels.
2. Eligibility and खाते
- You must have authority to bind your organization to these शर्तें.
- You are responsible for your खाते and credentials and सभी activity under them.
- You must provide accurate information and promptly अपडेट any changes.
3. ग्राहक डेटा, ownership and license
- You own सभी right, शीर्षक, and interest in ग्राहक डेटा.
- You grant Coraa a limited license to host, प्रक्रिया, transmit, and display ग्राहक डेटा only to provide and maintain the services as instructed by you.
- We do not use ग्राहक डेटा to train any machine learning models.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not violate law or third party rights.
- Do not attempt to access the services or other खाते without authorization.
- Do not upload malicious code or interfere with service operations.
- Do not use the services to भेजें unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.
- When requesting outreach, you must have a lawful basis to संपर्क the recipients and provide any required notices or consents.
5. Third party services
The services may interoperate with third party services that you choose to enable. We are not responsible for third party services and disclaim सभी liability arising from them. Your use of third party services is subject to their शर्तें and गोपनीयता नीतियाँ.
6. Confidentiality and सुरक्षा
Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as permitted in these शर्तें. We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect ग्राहक डेटा, and we will notify you of सुरक्षा incidents as required by law.
7. गोपनीयता
Our processing of personal डेटा is described in our गोपनीयता नीति. You are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining necessary consents for processing ग्राहक डेटा in the services. डेटा subject requests can be sent to गोपनीयता@coraa.ai.
8. Fees
If you purchase paid services, fees and payment शर्तें will be set out in an order form or separate agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non refundable and exclusive of taxes.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
- We provide the services using reasonable skill and care.
- Except as stated, the services are provided as is and as उपलब्ध, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error free.
10. Indemnification
- You will defend and indemnify Coraa against claims and losses arising from ग्राहक डेटा or your use of the services that violates law or these शर्तें.
- Coraa will defend and indemnify you against third party claims that the services infringe intellectual property rights, subject to मानक exclusions and your cooperation.
11. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, डेटा, or business opportunities.
- Each party's total liability for सभी claims arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts paid or payable by you to Coraa for the services in the 12 महीने prior to the इवेंट giving rise to liability.
12. Term and termination
- These शर्तें apply while you access or use the services.
- We may suspend or terminate access for breach or जोखिम of harm to the services or others.
- Upon termination, you may request export and deletion of ग्राहक डेटा, subject to legal प्रतिधारण requirements.
13. Governing law and venue
These शर्तें are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws rules. The courts of Bangalore, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

15. Miscellaneous
- Assignment, neither party may assign without consent, except to an affiliate or in कनेक्शन with a merger or asset sale.
- Severability, if any provision is unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect.
- Force majeure, neither party is liable for delays caused by इवेंट्स beyond reasonable control.
- Entire agreement, these शर्तें along with any order form constitute the entire agreement for the services.
