PF

Contribution ସମନ୍ୱୟ

Employee 12% + Employer 12% (3.67% EPF + 8.33% EPS) vs payroll records. କଭରେଜ୍: all employees with basic + DA > ₹15,000/month threshold.

ESI

Contribution ସମନ୍ୱୟ

Employee 0.75% + Employer 3.25% vs payroll records. କଭରେଜ୍: all employees with gross salary ≤ ₹21,000/month.

ମଜୁରି ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱସୀମା

ସଂରଚନା ପରୀକ୍ଷଣ

Verify that PF is computed on basic + DA only (not gross). Test for deliberate structuring to stay below ₹15,000/month threshold.

ବେତନ ଉପରେ TDS

ଘୋଷଣା, ସୁବିଧା ଓ ଛାଡ ବିଚାର କରି ଟ୍ୟାକ୍ସଯୋଗ୍ୟ ବେତନ ଉପରେ TDS ଠିକ ଭାବେ ଗଣାଯାଇଛି ତ ଯାଞ୍ଚ କରନ୍ତୁ। Form 24Q ଓ Form 16 ସହ ମେଳ କରନ୍ତୁ।

ବୈଧାନିକ ସମୟ

PF by 15th of following month. ESI by 15th. TDS by 7th. Test whether deposits were made on ସମୟ and in correct amounts.
