1. CHAIRMAN
{{chairman_name}}, Chairman of the Board, took the chair of the meeting in accordance with the articles of association read with Section 104 of the Companies Act, 2013.
2. QUORUM [Section 103]
The Chairman noted that the requisite quorum was present — being 2 members personally present for a private company; and for a public company, 5 members personally present where the total number of members does not exceed 1,000, 15 where it exceeds 1,000 but does not exceed 5,000, and 30 where it exceeds 5,000 — and called the meeting to order.
3. NOTICE AND REPORTS
With the consent of the members present, the notice convening the meeting was taken as read.
