Step 01

Select निष्कर्ष, भेजें

From the निष्कर्ष inbox, the ऑडिटर selects one or अधिक निष्कर्ष that need क्लाइंट evidence and clicks भेजें to क्लाइंट. CORAA drafts a प्रश्न per निष्कर्ष (AI-suggested, editable), lists the expected attachment, and bundles them into one questionnaire.

Step 02

क्लाइंट receives magic-link

The क्लाइंट gets an email with a magic-link to the questionnaire. नहीं खाता, no signup. Click the link, see the प्रश्न, upload files or type responses, click सबमिट.

Step 03

Response routes वापस

Each response routes to the originating निष्कर्ष. The ऑडिट टीम sees the response inline on the निष्कर्ष record. If the response resolves the निष्कर्ष, the ऑडिटर marks it Resolved; if not, sends a follow-up प्रश्न.

Magic-link delivery

Never. The निष्कर्ष inbox is internal to the ऑडिट फ़र्म. The क्लाइंट Portal is a curated outbound: the ऑडिट टीम selects which निष्कर्ष become क्लाइंट प्रश्न. Internal triage (Resolve, Dismiss, Pin) remains inside CORAA. क्लाइंट see only the प्रश्न explicitly sent to them.
Reminder emails are sent automatically at configurable intervals (default: दिन 3 and दिन 7 after initial भेजें). After the configured expiry (default 7 दिन), the questionnaire closes; the ऑडिटर can re-भेजें if needed. Unresponded प्रश्न surface as Opinion sign-off blockers if they relate to Above-PM निष्कर्ष.
हाँ. Multiple recipients (multiple email addresses on the क्लाइंट side) can receive the same magic-link. Common when the questionnaire spans different departments (finance, ops, legal). Responses from any recipient route to the questionnaire; the ऑडिट टीम sees who responded with what.
