Where your expertise meets CORAA

A useful next step in an existing relationship.

CA firms & virtual CFOs

Make the monthly review more useful.

Help clients understand the movement in their numbers and the balances that need attention.

Start with cash, customer ageing or transaction review. An owner who wants answers from their accounts, with a finance team ready to follow through.
ERP & accounting consultants

Extend the value of an implementation.

When a client asks for better oversight after the books are set up, bring a concrete analysis workflow to the conversation.

Start with the source system and one reporting gap.A business already maintaining usable books and looking for more from the data.
Audit & business advisors

Connect the evidence to the conversation.

Help a team move from scattered records to scrutiny, reconciliations and findings they can review.

Start with one procedure and its supporting records. An audit or finance team with a recurring review process to improve.
The product behind your recommendation

Show the question. Follow the evidence.

Financial analysis, transaction scrutiny and a review trail in CORAA Studio. Build the walkthrough around what matters to the client.

Where is money moving through the business?

Start with the connections between revenue, customers, cash and expenses. Follow a balance into the transactions behind it.

  1. Orient the owner or finance lead around the flow of money.
  2. Choose a relationship that needs explanation.
  3. Review the underlying records with the accounts team.

A shared client engagement

You know the business.
We know the product.

A clear division of work matters as much as the demo. Agree who owns setup, client communication and follow-up before the engagement starts.

Review security and data handling
You bring the client need.

Identify the opportunity, introduce the right people and explain the accounting setup and business context.

We help you demonstrate the value.

For sales partners, CORAA joins the first three client calls, runs the product demo and answers technical questions.

Delivery responsibilities are agreed upfront.

CORAA provides product support after setup. Installation, training and any additional services are scoped together during onboarding.

Across accounting ecosystems

Your clients’ systems belong in the conversation.

Work with businesses on Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, Odoo, Busy, Marg or another system? Tell us how their data is maintained and what they need to achieve.

Tally has a dedicated connector. For other systems, we confirm the supported export or integration, required fields and data coverage before proposing a solution. These names describe client ecosystems, not vendor endorsements or a promise of native connectors.

Sales-partner economics

A share in the business you bring.

The published sales-partner tiers cover first-year commission and a share when the client renews. We review the applicable agreement with you before onboarding. Other partnership arrangements are scoped separately.

Published CORAA sales-partner commission tiers
TierYear oneRenewalQualifies at
Registered15%10%1 closure minimum
Silver25%15%2+ closures / year
Star30%20%5+ closures / year

One client, one example. On an eligible annual license value of ₹1,00,000, a Registered partner's 15% first-year commission is ₹15,000. A renewal at the same eligible value yields ₹10,000 at 10%. This is an arithmetic illustration, not a client quote or an earnings guarantee.

The client quote defines the product scope and price. Your partner agreement governs the eligible revenue basis, tier qualification, invoicing, payment timing, lead registration and renewal eligibility. Confirm these details before quoting a client.

From interest to a first engagement

Start with a conversation that has a purpose.

Tell us about your work.

Share the clients you serve, the systems you work with and where you see an opportunity. No client financial files are needed.

Find the right fit.

Explore a relevant product workflow or technical use case. Agree the partnership scope, commercial terms and responsibilities.

Prepare the first engagement.

Complete the applicable agreement and onboarding, then plan a client introduction, supported demo or scoped collaboration.

Before we talk

Questions worth answering.

Do I need to be a Tally reseller?

No. Consultants, CA and virtual-CFO firms, ERP specialists, technology businesses and professional networks can discuss a partnership with CORAA. Tell us who you work with and how you would like to contribute.

Can I apply if I work with Zoho, SAP, Odoo or another platform?

Yes. Your existing ecosystem does not limit the conversation. We confirm the supported import or connector, required data and implementation scope for each client. Naming an ecosystem here does not mean CORAA has an official partnership or a native integration with that vendor.

What happens in the first conversation?

We discuss the clients you serve, the business problem and your preferred role. For a sales partnership, we walk through the relevant product workflow and commercial terms. Technology collaborations start with the use case and a feasibility discussion. Client financial data is not required for this first conversation.

Do all partnerships use the same commission structure?

The published tiers apply to the sales-partner program. Referral arrangements, technology collaborations and other proposals are scoped individually. The applicable agreement defines eligible revenue, payment timing, renewals and lead registration before you commit.

Who handles demonstrations and support?

For the sales-partner program, CORAA joins your first three client calls to run the demo and answer product questions. Product support after setup sits with CORAA. Installation, training and any services delivered by your team are agreed as part of onboarding.

Can a CA firm use CORAA for its own engagements?

Yes. A firm buying CORAA for its own audit work can explore the audit product directly. If you want to introduce CORAA to other businesses or combine it with your services, tell us that in your partner inquiry.

Does sending an inquiry make me an approved partner?

No. The inquiry starts a conversation. We confirm fit, scope and the applicable agreement before onboarding. Use of partner branding or any representation of approved status follows that agreement.

Tell us a little about your business and the opportunity you have in mind. We will review your inquiry and contact you to discuss a useful next step.
