CORAA Client Portal questionnaire

ಆಡಿಟ್ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು often require evidence from the client: a missing invoice, a board reಪರಿಹಾರ, a bank statement, an MSME declaration. The traditional path is email back-and-forth with attachments that ಆಡಿಟ್ ತಂಡ has to organize. CORAA's Client Portal converts ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು into AI-drafted questions, delivered via magic-link email to the client. The client opens the link, uploads files or types responses, and the response routes back to the originating ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ.

How it works

Step 01

Select ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು, send

From the ಫೈಂಡಿಂಗ್ಸ್ ಇನ್‌ಬಾಕ್ಸ್, the ಆಡಿಟರ್ selects one or more ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು that need client evidence and clicks ಕಳುಹಿಸಿ to Client. CORAA drafts a question per ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ (AI-suggested, editable), lists the expected attachment, and bundles them into one questionnaire.

Step 02

Client receives magic-link

The client gets an email with a magic-link to the questionnaire. ಇಲ್ಲ account, no signup. Click the link, see the questions, upload files or type responses, click ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ.

Step 03

Response routes back

Each response routes to the originating ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ. The ಆಡಿಟ್ team sees the response inline on the ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ record. If the response resolves the ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ, the ಆಡಿಟರ್ marks it Resolved; if not, sends a follow-up question.

CORAA reads the ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ's description, the linked ವೌಚರ್, ಮತ್ತು ಆಡಿಟ್ context, then drafts a polite, specific question for the client. Example: 'Could you please share the GST invoice and bill of sale for vehicle ENGREF24250007, sold for ₹31.2 lakh, for our ಆಡಿಟ್ records?'

Status tracking

Per-question status: Requested, Awaiting Client, Awaiting ಆಡಿಟರ್ Review, Resolved, Closed. The questionnaire-level status aggregates across questions.

Response routes to ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ

Every response (file, text, or both) routes back to the originating ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ. The ಆಡಿಟ್ team sees the response inline on the ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ record. The ಆಡಿಟ್ log preserves who sent the question, when, and what response came back.

Frequently asked

Answers, up front.

Never. The ಫೈಂಡಿಂಗ್ಸ್ ಇನ್‌ಬಾಕ್ಸ್ is internal to the ಆಡಿಟ್ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ. The Client Portal is a curated outbound: ಆಡಿಟ್ ತಂಡ selects which ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು become client questions. Internal triage (Resolve, Dismiss, Pin) remains inside CORAA. Clients see only the questions explicitly sent to them.
Reminder emails are sent automatically at configurable intervals (default: day 3 and day 7 after initial send). After the configured expiry (default 7 days), the questionnaire closes; the ಆಡಿಟರ್ can re-send if needed. Unresponded questions surface as Opinion sign-off blockers if they relate to Above-PM ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳು.
ಹೌದು. Multiple recipients (multiple email addresses on the client side) can receive the same magic-link. Common when the questionnaire spans different departments (finance, ops, legal). Responses from any recipient route to the questionnaire; ಆಡಿಟ್ ತಂಡ sees who responded with what.
