Common questions

FAQs.

How often must every process be audited?
The standards require audits at planned intervals. How often depends on the importance of the process, changes and past results. Plan by risk, and read the current edition of your standard.
Can the same person audit their own process?
The ISO standards are paid documents. Read the current edition for exact requirements. Auditors must be objective and impartial, so they should not audit their own work.
