Enter each engagement with the due date you are working to and its status. The tool sorts everything into one timeline, shows the days left, and marks what is overdue and what falls due soon, with the load by owner.
Dates can be dd/mm/yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd. Use the due dates you have confirmed for each client. Statutory and engagement-letter dates change, so check the current dates before relying on this calendar.

Days left is counted from the as-of date. A negative figure is the number of days past the due date.
A firm with dozens of engagements rarely misses a date because of one big mistake. It misses it because nobody saw the whole list sorted by date. One timeline with days left, an overdue flag and the load on each owner shows where to move people before the date arrives.
Each line is one piece of work with a due date you enter. The tool counts the days from your as-of date to each due date.
Anything with a status you list as finished is marked finished. Of the rest, a past due date is overdue, a date within your window is due soon, and a line with no date is listed last.
The owner table counts overdue and due-soon items for each person so you can see who is stretched.
As of 17 October 2026 a tax audit is due on 20 October with status In progress. The window is 14 days.
