Paste your nonconformity register with grade, clause, due date and closure date. Set the as-of date and the tool shows which items are overdue, due soon or were closed late, and counts them by grade.
Leave Closed blank for open items. Dates as dd/mm/yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd. Grades are whatever your system uses, such as Major, Minor or Observation.
Closure timelines depend on your certification body, your own procedure and the grade. Use the dates agreed with them; nothing here is a prescribed period.

Days: for open items, days left to the due date (negative if overdue). For closed items, days after the due date (negative if early).
Nonconformities rarely fail because they were not raised. They fail because the due date passed quietly. Sorting by status puts overdue items first, so the review meeting spends its time on what is late, who owns it and whether the date needs to be renegotiated with the certification body. Items closed late are worth a look too: they show where the process is slow even when it finishes.
An item with a closure date is Closed on time if it closed on or before the due date, and Closed late if after. An item with no closure date is Overdue when the due date is before your as-of date, Due soon when it falls within the window you set, and otherwise Open.
Items with no due date show as Open with no due date, so they are not lost. The summary counts items by grade, with open and overdue totals for each.
The list is sorted with overdue items first.
A major nonconformity due on 31 August 2026, still open, with an as-of date of 17 October 2026.
