Paste a transaction listing and enter the related party list you have from management. The tool matches names, flags look-alike names and keyword hits for parties not on the list, and shows items with no pricing basis. Flags are leads for inquiry, not conclusions.
Paste from Excel or CSV. Columns are found by header names; if a name is not recognised the default position above is used.
Related party definitions and disclosure thresholds come from the Companies Act, Ind AS 24 or AS 18 and, for listed entities, SEBI rules. Check the current text for your entity. This tool applies only the list and settings you enter.

The risk with related party transactions is rarely the ones management lists. It is the ones that are missed, or that are on terms that would not have been agreed between strangers. Matching the ledger to the list, then looking at names that resemble listed parties or carry words such as director or trust, gives you leads to ask about. Items with no recorded pricing basis are where the question of whether terms were arm's length starts.
Names are normalised by removing punctuation and common suffixes such as Pvt, Ltd and LLP. A transaction matches your list when the normalised names are equal. It resembles a listed party when one name contains the other.
Parties not on the list are flagged if the name or nature contains one of your keywords. For related party lines the tool also flags a blank pricing basis and amounts at or above the threshold you set.
A summary shows the number and total value of transactions by matched party.
The list has "Asha Traders LLP". The ledger shows a purchase from "Asha Traders" for 6,40,000.
